Our Director
Founder of Studio Terra, Sarah brings a robust career in planning, certification, and sustainable building practices. With experience spanning project management and ESD consultancy, she has developed strong skills in problem-solving, compliance, and thermal performance assessment.
Accredited with Design Matters National and proficient in BERS Pro and HERO, Sarah specialises in BASIX, NatHERS, Section J, and Whole of Home assessments. She focuses on early design intervention to help projects meet and exceed compliance standards while achieving optimal performance outcomes.
Sarah works closely with architects, builders, and developers to deliver smart, sustainable solutions that balance compliance, cost, and design intent. Her collaborative approach and technical expertise ensure clear guidance and practical pathways to compliance, enabling efficient project delivery and high-performance outcomes across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
