This is a single promotion ("the Promotion") run across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to mark Studio Terra's first year in business. One winner is drawn across all eligible entries, regardless of which platform they entered on.

1. The Promotion

• Promoter: Studio Terra, Newcastle NSW.

Promotion opens: Tuesday 4 August 2026.

Entries close: 11:59pm AEST, Monday 17 August 2026.

Winner drawn: Tuesday 18 August 2026, at random from all eligible entries across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

This promotion is conducted across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or LinkedIn.

2. The Prize

• One single dwelling preliminary NatHERS assessment, including Sim 1 modelling and a written report with recommendations, valued at $600 AUD (Studio Terra's standard retail price for this service).

• Work beyond a single dwelling equivalent (larger, multi dwelling, or commercial projects) can be scoped and quoted separately, at Studio Terra's usual rates.

• The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• The winner has 60 days from accepting the prize to book and complete the assessment with Studio Terra.

3. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents with a project located in NSW, QLD, VIC, or ACT.

• No age restriction applies.

• Open to new and existing clients of Studio Terra. The project entered must be a new project that has not already been submitted to, or engaged with, Studio Terra.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Studio Terra are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• Follow or connect with Studio Terra on the relevant platform.

• Like the official giveaway post.

• Comment on the post describing the project you've got coming up.

• Bonus entry: on Instagram and Facebook, share the post for one bonus entry. On LinkedIn, reshare the post or tag an architect or builder for one bonus entry.

• One entry per person, plus one bonus entry as described above.

5. Winner Selection

• The winner is selected at random from all eligible comments across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn combined.

• The winner will be announced in the comments of the original post.

• The winner will only ever be contacted from Sarah Campbell's or Studio Terra's official accounts. Winners will never be asked for payment or bank details to claim a prize.

• The winner has 48 hours from being announced and contacted to accept their prize. If there is no response within this time, Studio Terra reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

• Once accepted, the winner has 60 days to book and complete their preliminary assessment (see section 2).

• Studio Terra reserves the right to verify entries and exclude any ineligible or fraudulent entries.

• Studio Terra's decision on winner selection is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

6. Follow Up

• Studio Terra may follow up directly with entrants who commented a genuine upcoming project, whether or not they win, to discuss their project further. Entering the promotion is taken as consent to this follow up contact.

7. General

• Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Studio Terra reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

• By entering, participants consent to Studio Terra using their name, profile, and entry content for reasonable promotional purposes related to this giveaway.

• Studio Terra collects personal information (such as name, profile handle, and entry content) solely to administer this promotion, and will not share this information with third parties beyond what is required to run the promotion and deliver the prize.
